Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 2026
1. Statement of Acceptance
This Terms of Service agreement (hereinafter referred to as 'Terms') is a binding and legal agreement between any individual ('User', 'Player', 'You') using the TwoClubsOnePlayer.com website or related services and the site management.
By accessing our website, starting games, or navigating our pages for reading purposes, you have read, understood, and accepted all the rules and restrictions written in this document. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must immediately cease using our services.
2. Site Usage and User Rules
- Entertainment-Focused Usage: Our system is solely for competitive, fair, and legal entertainment purposes. Cloning it as if it were a commercial product, selling it, or damaging trademarks is strictly prohibited.
- Expectation of Fair Play: It is a rule violation to manipulate a match through automated (bot) programs, scripts, and artificial intelligence integrations intended to damage or overload our system.
- Framework of Respect: Communications directed to other users through the platform or selected temporary names (nicknames) must not contain elements that are racist, sexist, threatening, insulting, or spread hate speech.
3. Intellectual Property, Copyright, and License Rights
The design, color palettes, visual assets, unique architecture of source codes, and brand name of Two Clubs One Player are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform management and are protected by international laws.
The logos, names of the football clubs used on our site, or statistical data regarding footballers are displayed for entertainment and educational purposes within the framework of the 'Fair Use' principle. This data is pulled instantly from public domain sources, notably Wikipedia (CC BY-SA license).
4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided to you entirely on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. The development team cannot be held responsible for internet interruptions that may occur during the game, crashes experienced due to server congestion, connection errors, or statistical information inaccuracies.
Because the acquired Wikipedia data can change every second via open source, we cannot legally guarantee 100% accuracy of any question or answer given by the system. In the event of technical problems encountered, no compensation for damages can be claimed.
5. Rights to Modifiy the Rules
The site management, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to partially or completely change, cancel, or add new articles to this Terms of Service document.
For major policy changes, a notification (banner or announcement window) will be published on the site. However, it is the user's personal responsibility to check the current terms on this page periodically.
